About the warranty that we provide

Extensive Warranty

Like majority of repair shops, we provide warranty for any part that we change. Don’t think that it’ll cover anything having to do with the part itself though, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

An example, if we change your screen and the touchscreen is not working properly, or if after a back camera replacement the cameras go black.

Manufacturing defects are different for every part. What is certain though, is that any damages done to the part is not considered a defect. Don’t misunderstand, if there is a defect on the part we’ll change it under warranty, but once you break it the warranty is void.

We cannot accept hearsay, telling us the part was not working right after its been broken is not how warranty works. Letting us know as soon as possible about any problems you’re having is the best thing you can do, do not wait until after the part is broken to tell us as we cannot accept broken parts under warranty. A screen does not neccesarily have to look broken to be broken. A person with no knowledge of reparing phones does not know the difference between the LCD and the digitizer, they will not be able to notice the fine lines that can happen inside the screen whenever the digitzer breaks,

or think that because the glass on the outside isn’t broken it must be covered under warranty despite there being LCD damage.

We pride ourselves with our years of experience, just because you are not able to understand when we tell you that part is broken does not mean that we are wrong. We try as best we can to explain. Only the part that was changed is covered, nothing else. Correlation does not equal causation, a screen does not affect any other function.

The same thing goes for our microsoldering repairs. You are guaranteed the work that we do; if it fails again due to the same issue it was having originally, it will be covered under warranty. If we change the HDMI of a console and two weeks after the repair it stops working, we will need to verify that there is no damage to the port before we can switch it out under warranty. To the untrained eye, especially with microsoldering repairs, you will not be able to see what we see. If you pay for a part replacement, you are entitled to a working part that functions as expected; that is why we provide a warranty. However, damages incurred on the parts that we replaced are not our fault as they did not happen in our hands. It is not up to us to figure out how it got damaged, whether it was dropped, kicked, slammed, or thrown. We can tell immediately if a story is being embellished by the condition of the device; please understand that we have years of experience. As always, we try our best to satisfy every party.
